Where we ship

The United States only. We are not shipping internationally at this time.

 

Processing and delivery

Every mag is made to order. Orders are packed and shipped within 7 days of your order, and most ship within 1 to 2 days. Standard delivery typically arrives 3 to 5 business days after your order ships. Delivery times are estimates from the carrier, not guarantees.

 

Rates

Standard shipping is a flat $8.00, and it is free on orders of $45.00 or more.

 

Tracking

You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

 

If we cannot ship on time

If we cannot ship within the time above, we will email you with a revised shipping date and the reason. You can accept the new date or cancel for a full refund. If we cannot give you a definite date, your order is cancelled automatically and refunded unless you tell us to go ahead. Cancelling costs you nothing, just reply to the email or write to hello@modernminingsupplies.com.

 

Correct addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to reroute a package once it is in the carrier's hands, and reshipping an order returned for a bad address is at your cost.

 

Lost or delayed orders

If your order has not turned up within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery window, email hello@modernminingsupplies.com with your order number and we will chase it with the carrier and sort it out with you.
